Reconnect with God. Reset your rhythms.
A Christ-centered daily journey built around Scripture, prayer, reflection, intentional time outdoors, and healthier habits of stewardship—one faithful day at a time.
40 Day Reset Journey
40 days to reset. 20 more days to keep walking.
God and His Word first.
The Reset begins with Scripture and prayer. Outdoor time and healthier rhythms support attention, stewardship, reflection, and faithful living—they do not replace Scripture, Christian community, medical care, or wise professional help.

Forty days to reset. Twenty days to keep walking.
The first 40 days build the rhythm. The Keep Walking Guide helps carry it forward.
Step Away From the Noise
Days 1–7 · Stillness, attention, digital boundaries, and making room for God.
Walk With God
Days 8–14 · Prayer, Scripture, trust, and daily fellowship with God.
Reset the Body
Days 15–21 · Stewardship without shame, movement, rest, hydration, and healthier routines.
Renew the Mind
Days 22–28 · Truth, gratitude, thought patterns, identity in Christ, and perspective.
Restore Discipline
Days 29–35 · Continuing when motivation fades with grace-rooted faithfulness.
Keep Walking Into the Next Season
Days 36–40 · Finish with gratitude and prepare for what comes next.
Look back with God, not shame. Release what you were never meant to carry. Trust God with tomorrow. Build a new way forward.

Before you begin.
Is it 40 days or 60?
The core Reset is Days 1–40. The app then continues with the optional 20-day Keep Walking Guide.
Do I have to complete every day perfectly?
No. The journey emphasizes grace, faithfulness, and returning when you miss a day.
Do I need special outdoor equipment?
No. A porch, yard, sidewalk, park, or other safe place outside can be enough.
Is the health material medical advice?
No. It encourages stewardship and healthier routines, but it is not medical care, counseling, trauma treatment, or addiction treatment.
Does this replace church?
No. Outdoor Crusade is a discipleship resource, not a replacement for Christian community or a faithful local church.
There is a separate app for you.
The Group Leader PWA adds weekly session plans, Meeting Mode, attendance, prayer tools, leader guidance, and care/referral support.
